Terms of Services

Welcome to Coupled Ltd! We are thrilled to have you as a member of our matchmaking service. Before you proceed, please read and understand our Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.Purpose and Eligibility:

Our primary aim is to connect individuals for romantic relationships that could potentially lead to marriage. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old.

By availing our services, you assure us that you have the necessary rights, authority, and legal capacity to enter into the Agreement. You also confirm that no prevailing laws, court orders, decrees, or injunctions prohibit or prevent you from entering into a matrimonial arrangement. In the event that Coupled Ltd deems, at its sole discretion or based on reasonable grounds, that you are ineligible for membership or have misrepresented your eligibility, we retain the right to terminate your membership and access to the service without refunding any subscription fees. Additionally, if we remove your membership or any content you provide, we shall not be liable for repercussions.

2. Registration and Information Collection

We are excited to get to know you better!

To begin the registration process, please review the information about our business on our website and contact us via email or phone. We will provide you with a detailed form that requests essential personal information, including details about your lifestyle, education, income, family background, and partner preferences. Your cooperation in providing accurate and complete information is crucial for successful matchmaking.

To ensure the authenticity of the data, we may reach out to you from time to time for verification purposes.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. As such, you do not need to create an account on our website. Your data will be securely stored on our password-protected electronic device. We believe in fostering a respectful and genuine environment for all our members. By using our services, you agree to take responsibility for providing complete and accurate personal information during the registration process.

We expect you to maintain the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information you provide throughout your membership. Treating other members with respect is fundamental to the success of our matchmaking process. Any behavior that violates this principle may lead to the termination of your access to our services.

5. Fees and Payments

To enable us to continue providing high-quality matchmaking services, we require payment for our offerings.

For your convenience, we accept payments through online bank transfers. All fees are inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to adjust fees as needed.

Full payment is required upfront to activate your membership and initiate the matchmaking process. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds should you decide to discontinue our service or if your membership is terminated due to non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
